Let's Face It Friday - Week 1 & Blog Candy Challenge

This is the entry that I am using for the challenge over at http://peachykeenstampschallenge.blogspot.com/. They are starting a new challenge which is called Let's Face It Friday... Here are the details: We're kicking off a new challenge on Fridays (in addition to our Tuesday Challenges) that will make you think outside of the box when you use your Peachy Keen Faces!! I know, you've all got a stash of 'em, and now, our design team is going to show you some really exciting projects you can embellish simply by stamping on one of our faces.
We hope you'll play along! Here are the rules: projects must contain a Peachy Keen Stamp face to be eligible for entry. Your project should be new and linked up to Mr. Linky by September 30th @ 12 a.m. Pacific! I decided I really wanted to do this challenge and I had to do the treat bags anyhow why not do it for both... lol  So these are the treat bags that I am makin for my daughter class for their Halloween Party... I have a bunch of face stamps but I won these AMAZING stamps from my favorite designer, Emma @ http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ for one of the Throw Back Thursdays Challenges and thougth its Halloween so why not use these stamps.
I cut the pumpkin from Pumpkins Carving Seasonal Cartridge & cut the grass from Creat a Critter & the sign from Camp Out.
Thanks for looking

The Cuttlebug Spot Challenge - At The Fair Theme

I havent got to do much crafting with going on vacation, my daughter going back to school & just a plain crazy life... This is the 1st challenge I have done in probably over a month... Thanks S*I*L for pushing me to get back to it... Anyhow..... This is my entry into the challenge over at the cuttlebug spot. The link is http://thecuttlebugspot.blogspot.com/2010/08/at-fair.html. The challenge is to do a card or LO with a Fair theme.  You also are suppose to cuttlebug some of the objects... I used the Summer Vacation Cartridge. I did a shape card. I did a ticket as the card so it opens up at the top... I then also made a smaller ticket and layered it with sparkley silver paper on top of the card... I wanted everyone to be able to see the ferris wheel so with the help of my gypsy... I cut another ferris wheel and with using the hide contour feature just cut out the outline of the ferris wheel and layered it... I then embossed the ferris wheel & smaller tickets... I used the Swiss Dots on the ferris wheel & the Spots & Dots on both of the tickets... I also pop dotted the ferris wheels & the smaller tickets to add a little dimention... I then added a little stitching and wala... I was done! Thank You for stopping by my blog spot!

TFL...
